Film producer Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP and the Bhutani Group have won the Film City project in sector 21, near Noida airport at Jewar, by submitting the highest bid among the four qualified contenders. The technical evaluation phase included Bayview Projects LLP (Boney Kapoor), Lions Films Private Limited (KC Bokadia), Supersonic Technobuild Private Limited (Akshay Kumar), and Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited (T-Series), all of whom submitted their respective bids.   The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority's committee opened the financial bids and determined that Bayview Projects LLP and Bhutani Group had submitted the highest bid, committing to a maximum 18 percent share of the profit for the government.
